Great Dealer Experience

I have read a lot on this forum about dealer shenanigans of adjusted price, inflated doc fees, added accessories, warranty pressure, etc. Last week I was able to pick up my 2023 XLT Maverick Hybrid after a 13 month wait from Pundmann Ford in St. Charles, MO (near St. Louis). It was a very straight forward experience with no surprises and friendly experience. They honored my original price and no hard sell for extended warranty. Jake Cooper (salesman) kept me informed though the long order to delivery ordeal and helped me make changes in the middle of the process.

I highly recommend Pundmann Ford if you are in the St. Louis area. I am placing an order for my 2024 Maverick with them also.

They were my second choice but wanted a higher deposit so I went with Bommarito. May have been good for me as I heard Pundmann took double the orders Bommarito did.

Please go to the link and fill out the form so MTC members can see your recommendation when searching for a dealer to transact with.

By the way, if you look at the spreadsheet, you will see that the vast majority of dealers are recommended. There are, however, a few to stay away from.
