I feel lower than whale dung, and that's on the bottom of the ocean! I called Ford to see if they may have my VIN number. I was told there was a problem, and I should talk to my dealer. (I thought, OH, DUNG!)
My initial order was for a Cactus XL Hybrid. I had a change of heart and switched to white, and went to an XLT. That was fine as a subsequent call to Ford informed me my color change and added "T" did not affect my order date of 10/13/21. Then it got cold out there, and decided the Lux package was a good plan. BAD DECISION! That changed my ordered date to 12/20/21, which put me in the dung heap. 2023 it is!
I have no animosity toward the dealer, as he warned me adding Lux pack may have an adverse effect on my order.
That's the way the cookies get busted!
