Trust me, if it is built, there IS a window sticker in the system. Try a different browser if it won't show up using the tracking link (top of page, "Trackers""). The WS is the set of instructions to the factory. Without it, it can't get built. The trackers have been very touchy fot at least 2 years. Some days Chrome works, some days it will not. Same with Firefox. Maybe try Edge....I ordered, mid Jan, built Feb 22 and Shipped on March 4th. Still do not have a window sticker.
Yep. I think it can also be settings in your google. My husband can pull up our tracker. I can't. They are identical phones and service. I tried on 3 different devices with the same google account.
