Got an idea about hood mounted ditch lights

So I got these fender lights coming from Amazon since I commute alot consisting of 430am interstate driving. My biggest complaint is I miss my F150 ditch/light bar lights. So i know these lights from Amazon are combo lights where they are running and turn signal lights. I had this idea where if I added ditch lights and a remote button harness I could use the running light wire from the fender light to trigger a relay. That way they couldnt be on unless I he truck was on and no cutting into the factory harness. Am i over thinking this? Why dont they sell turn signal T adapters yet lol

I live out in the country with no street lights and the corner output of the stock headlights needs some extra help.

I bought these so I wouldn't have to cut into the factory harness.

They breakout the turn and runing lights.
