That is t h e number I called. They wanted to sell me a medical device for old people.😊😊
I have to double check the numbers I push before I activate dialing due to slight dyslexia.😁

I called Ford Customer Service after seeing a post that people were getting emails that I did not get. I was pleasantly surprised I got a vin! Build date Sept 26th. Ecoboost awd Lariat Lux. Now what? How do I track it. See if the modules populate. I thought for sure I'd be pushed to a 23. Ordered on Dec 26th.
Got a call from Dealer and received VIN # and build week of 9?19/22 3 weeks ago! Like you did not receive email from FMC.
Waiting to hear more???

Yeah I did not hear anything from Ford. After reading another post about people getting an I'm sorry email from Ford that prompted me to call. Plus, I removed the splash guards a few weeks before and wanted to make sure that did not foul my order up. I let my dealer know and he said they must have recently done it. Even the Ford rep said the dealer should have told me.

My son was an insurance adjuster. Worked inside a body shop that was one of the insurance companies partners. Long hours on salary so no OT. He had to do the estimate, deal with the customer and body shop, even wrote the checks. Working for the lizard was the worst job he ever had.

So how this works is you'll get a few weeks before that date, then it will move, then the next week move again, etc. Expect at least an additional month after the original date given.

My son works real estate claims, current assignment is only 450 miles from home but that is not close enough to work in a family visit but does allow them to come see him for a day or two and work in some 2-4 hour periods. When he is not on assignment he is all packed and ready to leave within 1-2 hours notice for possibly a 1500+/- mile trip for up to six months. He just bought a new $900 32' ladder to get on roofs. Last week he had a two story 14/12 pitch roof which I wouldn't dream of looking at!
