Got a new “Your order has been confirmed “.

So I get a call from my dealer for the first time since I ordered last September (I have contacted them on several occasions but never the other way around)and one of the salespeople tells me that Ford is trying to weed out the customers that no longer want their order. I am already aware of this from this forum. He gives me a line “now that I know you still want your truck I can get to work on getting it scheduled “. I just shake my head , give him the info. he wants and hang up. A couple hours later I get this email from Ford as though I have just placed a new order. Anyone else get a second “Order Confirmed “ just recently?

Most likely your order was not COVP thus you did not get any confirmation email even though the order was in. The order should be under your name now. I would keep a close eye on your order and request a copy of the priced DORA that has your order information

Did you sign anything or provide your driver's license?

I provided my drivers license again(did back in September also). My order was already COVP’d back in September.

The order banks are long closed so not sure why I got another email. Weird.

Probably wasn't actually COVP'd back then. Some dealers do the minimum amount of work...
