Good update finally

So my dealer says they dont see a private offer, the customer service line says no private offer found. My truck is saying almost built on tracking. Have window sticker, modules have populated. Customer service line even gave delivery date.
Truck has been covp and did the priority change from 10 to 2 right off the bat. My information from 23 to 24 is the same.

Why would i not be getting the private offer. I recieved the email saying i was getting it.

My truck is now built. Tracker says awaiting shipping. Still no private offer. Customer service says my dealer needs to take care of it. Dealer says they cant do anything. Any recommendations on how i get this taken care of.

Have you called Marketing, or just the general Customer Service line?
Even if you don't have a private offer in-hand when your truck gets delivered, as long as you qualify, your dealer can contact Ford and make sure it still gets approved and a check cut for you.

Just a few questions. Were both your 23 and 24 orders COVP by dealer? Did you place both orders with same dealer? Does you name, address and contact info match accross both orders? Ford Marketing would be the place to start if the answer to these is yes. I had our private offer and Farm Bureau discounts before the order was ever invoiced by Ford to dealer. It's now shipped and scheduled for delivery around Thanksgiving.

Yes both orders were covp at the same dealer, with same order number on the 23 and 24 my orders, name address, information was all the same. I was rolled from a priority 10 to a 2 right when the order banks opened and was immediately scheduled .

Marketing says they cant see anything and the dealerhas to handle it. The dealer says they cant see anything or do anything. Today the Marketing rep gave me a phone number to have the dealer call but so far no luck . Im in illinois and have the farm bureau lined up but this part is getting aggravating that im dumped back and forth.

I’m in the same spot as the OP. No offer in Smart Vincent. I had a 23 ordered the first day the order bank opened, then reordered the same truck (minus splash guard’s & tonneau cover) the first day the 24 order bank opened. I was told there was no private offer possibly because this is a Z plan purchase. My truck is built and should be delivered in the next couple of weeks. Any advice would be appreciated. Did they by chance cancel your 23 order? Im wondering if they put your order in for the 24 and it was in long enough for ford to change the priority but then the dealer did an oopsy and cancelled your 23 order and ford didnt send the transitional offer because the 23 order was cancelled. Just a thought.

Also, there's also multiple ways for them to look up the private offer. Perhaps they have to search using other fields:

My dealer cancelled my 23’ order even after reminding them a few times not to. Any idea if private offer can still be obtained? I’ve tried to have dealer correct issue but they keep insisting they did the correct thing by cancelling 23’ order.

So the marketing rep gave me a phone number to have my salesman call and a few days later the salesman emailed me screenshot of my private offer and said i am now good to go.
He didnt tell what went on so i am assuming something wasnt processed correctly..
I have my offer and truck is due tp be delivered dec 2nd-8th sometime.

Good to hear Drkuhar. My dealer also was able to get my private offer and my truck was delivered this week. My 15 month wait is over and I’m finally able to enjoy this little truck.
