Gas Door Removal - How does it come off?

I was looking for the easiest painted piece to take off my MAV so I can color match the paint. I figured the gas door would be the piece, but couldn't figure out how to release it yesterday. I don't see any screws holding the door to the hinge, and the hinge looks plastic and there is no apparent way to unbolt the whole hinge from the truck. I figure someone here has taken off their gas door. Thanks in advance!

Removal
NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Open the fuel filler door.

1. Release the retaining tab and slide the fuel filler door from the fuel filler door hinge.
   Use the General Equipment: Flat Headed Screw Driver

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Peel the sticker off you'll see the clip pull back on it and the door will pull forward
