Fuel Level Sender Failure?

Just filled my '24 EB yesterday, and have since driven under 50 miles. The low fuel warning (<50 miles of range) just came on while I was driving. Thought it might be an electrical gremlin; have shut the ignition off and restarted three times but still says my range is now ~35 miles afer driving another 10-15. I parked overnight in my garage last night, no sign (or smell) or any fuel, so definitely not a leak. I PRESUME the gas station pump actually dispensed what it said yesterday; this was at a big nationwide chain location. So can't think of anything else besides a failing fuel sender. Anyone else run into this?

EDIT: Whelp, I may be an idiot. When I "filled" it yesterday, I verified it was filling, then ran into the store for a drink. When I came out, the pump was off, so I assumed it filled. However, on a hunch today, I went to another station and filled it: took over 15 gallons. So the auto-shutoff must have triggered early when I filled it yesterday. I DID think to check my credit card statement, but it still just has the "authorization" for $200 from the station from yesterday. Ah well, at least it's not broken!

Could be an issue with the fuel level sensor. If you have warranty coverage still, it may be worth taking it in, rather than guessing.

Wouldn’t the amount of fuel pumped be displayed on the fuel pump screen?

Did you look at the dashboard fuel gauge?
Slim probability………….
But still a possibility………..
Someone came along on the other side of the pump island, watched you go in,
pulled the nozzle from your vehicle, filled his own, replaced it in yours.
Then scooted.
You came out, thinking it was filled, then left.
Again……
Did you look at the gauge?
