Free onX Elite for 1 Year From Ford

I just noticed in the Ford App messages that I can get 1 year of onX Elite map apps for free (https://www.onxmaps.com/ford). Has anyone used the onX map apps and are they worth the hassle of signing up? I believe it requires providing a credit card for auto renewal, so you will need to manually cancel if you don't want to pay for it after the first year.

I have used OnX for hunting in MN and WI. It works great! Highly recommend the app.

OnX is also Carplay compatible, so you get an easier to control (and see) map experience while driving

I prefer Gaia. OnX's affiliate program is also obnoxious. They're everywhere.
