I searched the forums for both above terms with no results.
My sticker which I just received has conflicting info re: the wifi hotspot. On one side of the sticker it says "wifi delete -$20". On the other side, under FordPass Connect, it says"Download FordPass" and you can:
Activate 4G hotspot.

Whats going on with that?

Billing part of the sticker trumps. Hotspot was removed. Rest of the sticker is just a template that likely wasn't updated to reflect the fact the hotspot might not actually be there.

No Mavericks built after a certain date will will have the hotspot. Parts shortage was likely the cause with low usage a mitigating factor. No sense wasting money installing a part you can't get and customers won't use.

All this means is that you will not be able to use your vehicle as a wifi hotspot for other devices such as phones, laptops, ect.

Your vehicle will still have 4g connectivity for use with the FordPass app to remotely start your vehicle, lock and unlock the doors, vehicle location, and receive error codes, ect.

You can also check your VIN here AT&T Ford Hotspot. but as the others commented you most likely do not have hotspot.
