Question, I have over 80,000 reward points and will get another 70,000 when I buy my Mav for over 150,000 points.

Can I use those to buy the extended warranty or the maintenance plan?

Very nice. I had 42,000. I wouldn't know. It'll be best if you ask the dealership. They would probably have a better idea if you can or not. Let us know if you were able to. Just in case there are others with a lot of points. I used my points for the front hood protector and tailgate letters.

My wife's Rouge got hit 2 months ago and we found a explorer limited that had everything she wanted right after Thanksgiving, got 42k for purchase and put #k down on the ford card for another 30k plus a 11k bonus for the first time use of the card. with the mav will get the 42k plus the 30k. I'm am looking at a bed cover and mat, but like options other than what ford is offering, so thinking about other ideas for the point.

I'm wondering too if the points can be used towards vehicle purchase/extended warranty. My Maverick is built, shipped, and expected to be delivered in the next 2 weeks.

I read that it can be used towards vehicle purchases...just wondering if the dealership will try to make hard time out of it.

Thanks...might have to wait till after delivery and do that then. It will definitely be a cheaper plan than the dealership.

Totally. The only downside is that you can’t wrap it into your financing.
