Ford Sync doesn't like my Google Pixel 10

I'm also in Washington and have a Pixel 10 and a 2025 Lariat Hybrid AWD, and have had no weird connection issues.

Pixel 9 Pro XL here, zero issues with sync 3 on my 2022 Maverick.

I did drive a bronco sport for a month with sync 4, while waiting for my engine to be replaced, and had no issues with it either.

I too have a MY25 Lariat Hybrid and it will not connect to my Pixel 10. Although it worked flawlessly with my old Samsung Galaxy. (I can get Android Auto to work via a USB cable).

So if you DO have a MY25 and a Pixel 10, I would be very interested in how you got to work.

It just connected after pairing. I didn't have to do anything to get it to work. The first time, it seemed to take a long time to show the Android Auto screen. It seemed frozen. I just left it alone for about 3-4 minutes. After that, it automatically connects wirelessly every time.

Are you sure they did a complete sync reset ? Its got some specific steps to do and I had to manage that roadside once and was about a 20 minute session- Sync/3 though on a 22- It
definitely fixed my issues-

The dealership has assured me that they did all the required steps to reset it to factory.
However we were just in the dealership yesterday and another employee said I'm not the only one having issues with a 2025 and a pixel 10.
