Got a e mail from Ford for a survey. I am not sure they will be prepared for the honesty I shared in my survey but I felt compelled to give my feelings about my experience so far. I told them likes, dislikes, order experience, annoying issues and quality problems I have run across with My Maverick.

Lets see if I get any feedback and if they really pay attention to one persons opinion>

If it is a post-purchase survey, I will rate each topic as they relate at the time. I'm not going to hold the scheduling process against my dealer as I did get scheduled before the vague "late spring" I was promised. That said, my dealer told me to "light Ford up" in the comments.

Still, I prefer constructive feedback over "Ford sucks!"

I received one and it took a while to fill out. If you exit out of the survey and open it again it will return you where you stopped. There was one survey question that stuck out to me was how would you rate the brake and I gave it the lowest rating which was fair.

Was this the sales survey? Our salesman told us anything under "perfect" hurts them on that one, he'd prefer it doesn't get returned if we couldn't do that. But issues with email, we haven't received any surveys still.

If it is the follow up survey from the sale then I know you think that you're hurting Ford the company but the only person these surveys affect are the salesman. Even though most of the questions are for things completely out of the salesman control. Ford corporate won't care you put on that survey and will only punish your salesman for any of your complaints.

Not sure what it was but the questions were more about recommending ford, Questions about key fob remote and using phones for keys and such.....It never aksed for a rating of 1 to 5 or anything of that nature. It had likes and dislikes about my vehicle.....Oh well....

The initial surveys that go out within a week or two of purchasing the vehicle are the Customer surveys that only affect the salesman. They do send other surveys about the quality and features of the vehicle but those usually don't go out until about 2-3 months after purchase.
