Those surveys only affect the salesman even though most of the questions are for things completely out of their control.

That is messed up. More reason why Ford doesn't give a crap because it will just fall back on the salesman at the dealer.

It's not just Ford, that's industry wide practice. And of course just because it's industry wide doesn't mean that it makes any sense but it's been that set up for a long time.
