Ford Rewards

Last December I tried to buy tires from a Ford dealer. They said the tires were unavailable so I purchased the tires elsewhere but after purchasing I had them do an alignment. In checking my Ford Rewards I did not receive any rewards for the cost of the alignment. I call Ford CS and was told rewards were only if the service included parts and labors. Not sure what kind of parts would be involved with an alignment., but did notice tire rotation was included in Ford rewards. The young lady that assisted me on the phone with Ford CS said she agreed with me and would push my complaint to her supervisor and would email or call me the next working day. Has been two weeks and still waiting. My warranty is up, so I guess I will look for a good independent shop.

Time to go back to the dealer for yet another disappointment.

I've had more problems since November 2025 with this one truck/buying experience than I've had with every other new vehicle I've ever owned since 1989. Combined.

Yeah, Ford expired mine at some point last year. Last week, I deliberately did my state inspection at a dealer just so I could use all of them that I had left before they expired them again. They're as bad as airlines now.

Ford Pass Points are a Pain to figure out and use. With my Points expiring and Now have owned my 25 Lariat HEV for 1 year, I had no need for Parts Or Services, Instead I used Most of my points (25K or about) to extend my Premium Connectivity for another 12 months. I still have 7,010 points left that from my understanding (and so far appears ) roll over since I used points within the 12 Months after receiving them upon Purchase of my 25. When I was trying to figure out how to use up points before loosing them I was almost ready to take the Maverick to my Nearest dealer (almost 30 miles away) to have a Alignment done just to have done although I have no indications of needing one. OP, PoorPop experience with points disallowed on an Alignment Makes No Sense.

Do you have state inspections? If so, that's always a safe choice to waste some points on.
