Ford perimeter plus vss issues?

Anyone install a factory ford perimeter plus and then have issues with their blind spot monitoring and cross traffic alert along with inoperable windows and a/c afterwards? I had this issue and thought it was due to adding global windows with forscan but took my truck into the dealer and they said the “aftermarket” device overload the bus system on the vehicle causing the issue. They disconnected the box but left global windows. Has anyone else had this happen or think they might know what’s up? It was listed as a perimeter plus for a ranger but it's the same part number as listed on the ford accessories website for the maverick. do i need an dealer to install it to avoid any further issues? i followed the instructions perfectly but i'm assuming ford needs to do something else. the listing did recommend I get it installed at dealer. the listing was from ford fairway.

I literally just ordered one yesterday it is coming tomorrow somehow. Hopefully this doesn't happen to me.
