Tons of people have these. I can see the purpose of a headache rack to keep tall loads off the window, for things like firewood and such, or maybe even for a lightbar on some applications for off-roading/desert use.

But the other 98% are ridiculous and gaudy. Just my opinion... you do you, bedazzlers.

Pardon my ignorance, but can someone explain the purpose of this rack? I see how one might use it for bar mounted off-road lighting, but anything else escapes me.

Remember seeing "Wild Kingdom"? The chase rack is just that., a rack to hold on to and chase down critters and tie them off. So if you are going to rope a wildebeest (or maybe a Holstien) you should get yourself one. Oh, except it won't actually stay on the truck if you use it, based on the instructions....
