Ford Pass app for Android doesn't show fuel level

My Android Ford Pass app doesn't show fuel level, but my wifes iphone app does. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling app. Also removed cache and force stopped it. Any help would be most appreciated.

I checked my Android just now it shows. Not a big deal I just check the dash each time I drive the truck. Sitting in the recliner I have more gas than I need .

I noticed the same

Install the widget on your phone. It works fine there.

I have the same issue. Add the Widget to your screen. That sows it and will also open the App.

That's peculiar, also have an Android and never have had an issue. Maybe I got lucky?

Mine worked well up untill a month ago. Now it won't show anything. If I go to one of my other cars it shows it right but if I go back to the Maverick it shows that vehicles miles to empty

Yup..... mine now displays as well. However.... had to clear the app cache, delete the app from my Android, reinstall, and log back in. Now fuel level displays properly for my '26 Mav Hybrid and '23 F250.

Additional note: Originally I wasnt going to install the Android Auto App. I did and started the Android Auto App in my Samsung S25 and linked it to my Mav Sync system. I did this due to finding out that the built in Navigation in my Mavs Sync would eventually not work without an active Connectivity Pkg subscription for directions when the 1yr free service expires. Maybe doing this made a difference?

we have 2 cars on the app and they both show the same fuel percentage/level. BS

It shows location and washer fluid level, nothing else.
I deleted and reinstalled app. No change.
Called Ford tech support, they said my modem is bad in the truck and to take to dealer. Sigh.

I have a few recalls to get done so I’ll have them look at it when I bring it in.

That's BS My wife's App works and mine does NOT. Nothing to do with the truck's modem..

Agreed, and it shows in the widget, but not on the app....that tells me that the modem is just fine.

I also didn't show the fuel level in my app so I force stopped the app, cleared the cache, uninstalled then reinstalled the app. No change. Still no fuel level showing.
