Ford OEM Bed Mat Don’t expect a perfect looking mat

I received my Ford OEM Bed Mat and it fit perfectly. As I started to look at it, I noticed there are several places where there are brown material in the mat. Also, by the top of the mat it’s looks like something was laying on it and left a mark.

I know it’s just a mat, but you would think Ford would have better quality control before they sent out an item.

This mat is perfect for my needs, and once items are placed on top of it, you will not see it’s imperfections.

I just got mine friday and it is the same way, At first i thought it was just dirtbut when i tryed to clean it the brown spots and some white dots in the rubber would not come off so i guess i will have to live with it. The mat is very functional for what i need it for though.

The brown is reinforcing fiber that runs through the entire mat. in a few places it too near the surface. That is what you are seeing

Mine was perfect delivered last week. And Exacto knife will fix your cut out concern.

I felt the same way, I used a hole saw to make the cuts.
