I have seen numerous people and myself post about this. The customer needs someone at ford to contact about not getting a private offer for the roll over 22 reorder. When you call ford marketing the person on the line is nice but has no answer. When you talk to your dealer they act as if their hands are tied. WE WANT HELP FORD. I called marketing numerous times. I have watched all of Tim Bartz video. I even had him look up what PO showed for me in smart Vincent. So if you are like myself and dread going to pick up your maverick (you have been waiting a year for) and have no PO code secured than let's make FORD AWARE. My dealer claims they haven't got any information back from the inventory specialist. It is 2023 almost and no answer after two weeks. Get Real.
