FORD needs to step up and help with Private Offer!

I have seen numerous people and myself post about this. The customer needs someone at ford to contact about not getting a private offer for the roll over 22 reorder. When you call ford marketing the person on the line is nice but has no answer. When you talk to your dealer they act as if their hands are tied. WE WANT HELP FORD. I called marketing numerous times. I have watched all of Tim Bartz video. I even had him look up what PO showed for me in smart Vincent. So if you are like myself and dread going to pick up your maverick (you have been waiting a year for) and have no PO code secured than let's make FORD AWARE. My dealer claims they haven't got any information back from the inventory specialist. It is 2023 almost and no answer after two weeks. Get Real.

I don't know what you can do if your dealer refuses to take the simple steps (simple if COVP for the 22 was done correctly....if not, I have no idea). They just need to contact their correct Ford rep.

What was the solution? I read that thread, with no answer. Ford Customer Service CAN’T and WON’T help if the private offer is messed up. If the dealer says they contacted their inventory specialist and says they are at a dead end…well nothing more a consumer can do? Unless I am missing something?
This is the status of my PO. Confirmed COVP order 8 November 2021. Dealer has not resolved with IS. Delivery of my fully loaded 2023 Lariat hybrid is next week. I assume I'm out out of time to resolve it before purchase. I'm confident dealer will not support a $2750 discount and submitting an exemption with Ford.

From Fords point of view maybe they aren't going to try so hard to give away money even if we deserve it for the total BS we've been through.

My truck comes this week. I’m not arguing over $2700. Just buying the truck. Order from June rolled into a 23. Idc just want my truck.

My solution was to walk away from a no win situation and buy another car. As I said it's just a F-ing truck.

I realized that my dealer would rather me abandon the truck so he could could sell it above MSRP.
He saw no reason to actually do his job and resolve the P.O. issue only to make a standard commission.
