Hybrid battery (as in high voltage) or 12V battery?
Deep sleep is what the BMS does to the truck when the 12V goes too low.
Which merely means it turns the modem off.

But got your point - let's hope they farm the BMS system for it to a 3rd party already doing that.
And have no input for usage strategy.
