I just wanted to share my experience with Ford Chat. It is the way to go for updates on your Maverick. I received my Vin from them, a build date and an updated build date. All were more up to date then the emails from Ford. For example today I received an email from Ford that my build date had been rescheduled for the week of 5/16 bit just yesterday I had been given a build date by Ford Chat of 5/10. Tonight I contacted Ford Chat again and they said just today my order had been updated to a 5/5 build date.

You are praising up to date info, but you contact them daily. I have been waiting since October for a build date. I have recieved 3 emails from Ford. Am I supposed to be impressed?

I would recommend contacting Ford directly and not
waiting or paying attention to the sporadic emails

Finally received uplifting information from Ford Chat. I now have a production week of 6/13 and a VIN. Oxford white XL, hybrid, full size spare and hitch. Order date 10/5/2021

I contact them weekly, but I dont praise them for being ahead of their emails. This week I got the "Good news! You are in order processing". I have been in order processing since I first reached out in January. Excuse me for not being mildly entertained for that ground breaking news. I will pour myself a drink and celebrate. Cheers to that worthless info.

Same as you. There are at least 5 that I have seen scheduled on 6/13 with almost identical builds.
