What am I missing? All I get on that page is the hours it operates. How do you actually chat with the agent?

I don't have a blue box. I tried it in chrome, Firefox and Samsung. Maybe I have to find one of those dinasaurs. What do you call them? A PC I think?

I had same problem accessing on iPhone with Firefox and duck duck go browser.
Google app worked for me

If their queue if "full" it seems to close off new requests (no button) till the queue goes down.

I have had the exact same problem the last few weeks. Originally, there was no blue Chat box on Edge, Explorer or Chrome but had it on Firefox. The next week it worked on Edge no problem. Last few weeks it does not show on any of the web browsers I have on my PC but worked fine using the web browser on my Android smartphone. Might want to try to get to chat from your smartphone if nothing else works.

what's the point of using the chat? I get conflicting info each time. Stopped using it last week and has been sober for 1 week now.

I’m using safari on my iPad.

I found the problem by chance. You MUST accept cookies for chat to work. I always reject cookies. I tried accepting them on incognito and it worked just fine.
