IIRC the reason you can't default auto stop/start to "off" is to meet epa fuel efficiency regulations or some BS like that and they lose their certification if it can be turned off.

I don't fear Ford or the Government, I'm not from the southern US (or the US at all, thank goodness) after all.
I just don't see any need for Ford to know where I go and what I do, it's none of their business, nor the third party companies (whoever they may be, we don't know) that they sell that information to for that matter.Sponsored
