Well to be honest it's not really a surprise that they have to raise prices. I'm a small business owner and I can tell you that the wholesale cost of goods has sky rocketed over the past several months.

Couple that with the cost of freight especially ocean freight being higher than ever and any one could guess the end result......I don't need an MSN article to tell me that.

I recall a salesman telling me several months ago he had to tell a customer the Super Duty he ordered had gone up $1500 dollars and he still wasn't going to see it arrive any sooner than the unknown ETA it already had. No surprise there, and all the while the parts are going up too, as well as oil, several times in the past year, and tires -- if you can find them in the brand and size you want, they too are costing more.
