Hi Lance - I did order a white Lariat so the one pictured must be mine. I got the same image in the email that said mine was scheduled to be built the week of 10/16/23 as a '24.

When did you order? I just ordered today and am a little worried mines going to show up quicker than I wanted. LOL any idea if when its in production if it goes quickly? Thanks!

I am hoping my July 18 order shows up quicker, but for different reasons. I live right on the west side of the Continental Divide, and the dealer I'm working with is on the east side. Monarch Pass separates us, and heavy snows can begin anywhere between Halloween and Thanksgiving and it sticks through early April at least. I'm not quite sure I'd be eager to hop into a brand spankin' new vehicle I've never even sat in and drive back home over an icy and treacherous mountain pass smack dab in the dead of winter. That would be a white knuckle virgin test of the AWD and stocker tires!

Heck, coming from a manual tranny 02 Ranger, it'll take this old fossil face about a week to figure out all this microchip gadgetry. I remember once thinking the anti-theft key in the Ranger was hi-tech! Especially when I had to have one replaced at over a hundred bucks.

I hope your Maverick comes just when you want it to, and exactly the way you ordered it!

RE: When did I order = my order was placed 9/17/22 for a 23MY. It was not scheduled. When the order bank opened in July 2023 for the 24MY, I updated my order to reflect the equipment and option shuffle for the 24 MY. As I wrote it was around 355 odd days since my original order on 9/17/22 that I got the email from Ford with VIN and a production week of 10/16/24. As to how fast or slow it may arrive, there are many variables; the UAW strike and Mexican auto union solidarity, rail transport. My guess is that it could arrive at my dealer in early December 2023. I have a 22MY Lariat EB and I was going to sell it in October but the advice was to keep it until 1. I nail down the actual delivery date and 2. I know that my dealer won't play games with the pricing. That means I am waiting until it is on the lot and I am signing the paperwork.
