is Ford accessories.com messed up?
I ordered two items and had them sent to a local dealer for pick
They were out for delivery today
Than I received this from fedex: Delivery exception
They (Ford) had the WRONG address for the delivery
Instead of the Ford dealer for pick up they had an address on the other side of the city at an apartment bldg!!
Hope my Maverick (and other deliveries) dont get sent to someones apt instead of the dealer !
Bottom line BE CAREFUL WITH FORD ACCESSORIES.COM

I have ordered and received: 1. A bedliner, 2. Floor trays, 3. A bed divider, 4. floor trays (for my Transit), and 5. A hood protector. No problems with any of the orders.

They were all shipped complete and usually arrived in 3-4 days with standard shipping. AFF20 continues to work as a discount code, BTW.

This is not a sterling endorsement for the, If I could just buy direct from the manufacturer everything would be great crowd.

It’s well documented from feedback on here (myself included) that the “ship to dealer” option on that site is broken. Works fine if you ship to your home.

yeah it’s a hot mess bc the dealers don’t have any visibility into it. I ordered stuff that was never fulfilled and the dealer had no idea about any of it. Had to end up getting my bank to reverse the charge. Lots of others have had similar issues

I did place an order a few months back with a discount code on the site. Chose to ship to my home. Shipping was $5 and I got it in 5 days

I had a DIBL and a bug shield shipped to my local dealer. The website never showed my parts had shipped but my parts got delivered to the dealer in about 5 days. The parts department called me and I picked them up the next day. About 10 days after I picked up my parts, I got an email from Ford Accessories that my parts had arrived at the dealer.

I was leery when I ordered them as when I chose dealer pickup and selected the dealer, the website prefilled the form with the dealer address but had my name.

Not a very good system.

I was leery when I ordered them as when I chose dealer pickup and selected the dealer, the website prefilled the form with the dealer address but had my name.

Not a very good system.
When I order from them, the closest dealer they show when I select delivery (or installation) is 155 miles away. They give no possible way to select my actual dealer, who is only 4 miles away. I go to my local dealer to order Ford parts and they always have them ready for me in about a week.
All my accessory purchases were ordered direct to the house via FedEx. Usually a $7.95 shipping charge. Never choose "expedited shipping" as it is a waste of money. I ordered floor trays for my Transit Wednesday and they arrived Friday with the regular shipping.

I had an issue with FedEx delivering my hitch. They managed to "lose" the first box and hardware, the second one came in a box but was damaged, and the third came damaged without a box or hardware. I finally told Ford to just keep the hitch.

It's a shame. The first hitch was fine but was missing hardware. Ford customer service couldn't just send the missing bolts, they said they had to exchange. They wasted a lot of money on that order. I hope they got it out of FedEx.

From my experience every Ford site I have been has some sort of problem more often than not!!!
