Ford 20% parts discount - never shipped

Anyone else have a problem buying accessories in 20% sale? I ordered a roof rack on the 03 Feb., never shipped.... they refunded money today claiming it was lost during shipping. Sale ended yesterday, so now it's more money if I reorder! Ugh

I'd imagine if you contacted their support they would honor the 20% price.

Talked with three different agents via chat and then phone to support dept. rep, now waiting 3 business days to talk to someone in the operations team. PITA when they simply cloud have shipped another. Incidentally - they never actually shipped the original order according to Fed Ex, so I'm wondering how it got lost in shipping as they didn't have it available for Fed Ex to pick up

Happened to me. Ford accessories sucks.

I ordered door sills. It took 5 weeks from order to my door step, no notifications of any.

I haven't placed any orders with ford recently but I had issues about 6 months ago on a return. They received the return but I never got refunded. It took more then 30 days, a few phones calls and text chats to finally get it resolved.

Huh. In late December I ordered a lot of accessories with my purchase points and they all came in two shipments within 5 days, and that was using their Christmas discount code (30%)?
No complaints here (or ever) from them.
