Finally picked up my XLT Hybrid today. Ordered on 6/17, built the week of 1/3 and delivered to the dealer on 3/16. Could not be happier with Ford Customer Service or Towne Ford of Orchard Park NY. Last week I called customer service to check status and they gave me a $100 gift card for being patient. Towne Ford gave me a smoking deal on a tonneau cover and didn’t try to add any markup to sticker price like some other dealers. Really impressed with the comfort and how quiet it drives. But most of all how big it feels from the drivers seat. Same platform as the Escape but not even close to the same feel inside. Dash shows 44.5 mpg so far. Much better than the 12.5 from my F250. .

Mine arrived at the dealership yesterday. We're picking it up tomorrow at 9am. First trip will be to the grocery store and then the town dump, so we finally have a truck bed instead of the car trunk.
Xlt hybrid with lux ordered 7/28, built in February, delivered in March. 29k out the door. We told ourselves 30 was the max we were willing to pay, so I have 1000 leftover for snow tires here in northern Idaho.

So just to clarify:

All the paint is still on there?
The cat hasn't completely melted?
The gas tank isn't full of holes?
The tires aren't dented to hell from sitting on rail transport for a month?
The dealer honored the MSRP that they promised the better part of a year ago?
It's completely built, and void of any I.O.U.'s on post-it notes where buttons are supposed to be?

LOL …yes it is 100% there with no issues.
One important thing so many made a mistake on is reserving a truck with or without a small deposit. Reality is they needed to go to the dealer and actually sign a sales order. That is a contract where the dealer can’t add a premium or Ford increase sticker price. Ford will actually lower the price If the have any promotions going at the time of actual sale.
learned a little about hybrid driving from a friend and did a short trip at 52.2mpg.
