Hi All,
After 612 days - 1 year, 8 months, 5 days - I have my Hybrid XLT. Picked it up yesterday. I'm tickled with it.
I had a great experience with Bozard Ford in St. Augustine, start to finish. Ford Motor Company taking this long to build it? Not so much.
At the dealer yesterday everything was open and above-board, no markup, add-ons, or other funny business. No surprises. I paid MSRP minus the $2750 Private Offer/discount. Normal doc fee, FL taxes. I was in and out in about an hour, including plenty of time for question about the truck, setting up the FordPass app, and a visit to the Accessories department.
My sales guy is Brian Mello - give him a shout if you're considering a 2024. He's been with me the whole way, very quick to respond to questions, usually by txt. We coordinated most details a week or so in advance of delivery, so he was well prepared when I arrived.
I know, I know, pics or it didn't happen ...
