Dropped my daughter off at college, 228 miles one way @ 75MPH with cruise control. Back seat and bed was packed solid and I was pretty impressed with 30.6 (was 32 on the highway) when I filled up the tank from halfway. Ride, handling, brakes all good, too bad it's with her for the year at school, but confident back and forth she'll be comfortable and safe.

Don't always believe the dash reading. When mine was reading 30.2, the actual mpg was 28.2. Still good mileage, but the computer is not always spot on. I have an ecoboost, also, and it is a very good truck. I have been checking my mpg for 3,400 miles now and doing the math to check for accuracy.

I've found that my calculations are about 1.6 miles per gallon less than what the computer says. Still, it's better than 17 mpg on the highway in my old truck...

I did the rough math and the first digit was a 3 so stopped there. Mid 30's is definitely possible if I drove at 65 instead of 75 which seems like of amazing for the brick the maverick is in the wind.

I would have been fine with 20 and honestly have never cared about MPG until today as our other vehicles are in the 10-15 range (Large Lexus SUV's). Did get 16 ish in the wife's on the way home so guess that was a win @ 80mph.
