I’d also like to add myself to the list of people that took advantage of the promotion of the SIBL and the cargo management system, and when the vehicle was received, only the SIBL was included. The dealer has been trying for three weeks to find out what happened to the cargo system that was on the DORA but not on the window sticker. Ford says it’s totally up to the dealer. Seems like this is a growing group of buyers not getting what they were supposed to get!!!

You had to order the bed liner and the cargo management, then they reduced the MSRP by the cargo management system. If you didn't order it you didn't get it.

Also this is the set of 6 D rings, not the bed rails. You can do the same thing for like $25 from Home Depot so not worth sweating.

I have lost track of when things happened so sorry if Iam way off base. What date did Ford raise the price by $500 ? If you made ANY changes after that date didn't you lose the price guarantee? Again I can't remember when they price increase was?
I cant tell you exactly when it was, but it was some time in late Feb/March.

I made my changes on 1/18 for the SIBL package discount, and my DORA shows the correct price. After that I was scheduled to be built and the updated MSRP from vehicle sticker showed the extra $500

Unfortunately I don't have much to come back at the dealer with besdies" the internet and myfordvideo guy" says you're supposed to honor the DORA.

It was ordered and got the discount on the DORA. They’re trying to figure it out. We’ll see but not too hopeful.

As I'm doing more reading, I think you're right. I thought it was for the aluminum rail with the cleat - that's what everythign online made it seem like, including pictures. If it's just for the D rings, I'll let it slide and install my own.

The $500 new MSRP over what the DORA said though still has me riled up. It sounds like ford customer service is going to pass this back to the dealer, who is going to pass it back to ford corporate until I eventually move on and stop wasting my time. We'll see.

The 61D option is more than just the D-rings. It is supposed to be the sliding rail on the side of the bed walls. This was discussed widely back when the memo came out and Tim Bartz did his video. Ford calls it by several names. In the order guide, 61D is described as Bed Tie Down locking Rails w/2 Locking Brackets. On the window sticker and DORA is shows as 6 D-link Bed Connectors. In the memo from Ford announcing the discount, they called it Cargo Management System. WEBDO calls it Cleat Tie-Down Kit.

See why there is so much confusion about it?

Others on this thread have said the the item listed in my buyers order- 6 d-link bed connectors- is not the cargo management system. But that’s not my understanding of this item. If you try to build a Maverick on Fords site; the only option that matches the 6 d-link price and description is the cargo management system for $225, the site also lists a bed utility discount when ordering the SIBL and cargo management, which is what my buyers order also reflects. So unless someone has evidence that differs, I’d say the 6 d-link connector option is the cargo management system.
The OP needs to get a copy of his buyers order and confirm the liner and connectors were ordered and the discount was applied.
Also, I don’t know if the cargo management system/6 d-link connectors is a factory applied thing or done at the dealership.

Edit: Didnt see billbillw’s post when I made this one.

Ordered in Sept 2022 and was delivered today and I picked it up.

I was under the impression I was price protected and had the DORA with the correct price indicated. The vehicle went into production after the price increase($500), dealer said I wasn't price protected though - is this correct?

I also changed my order to include the spray in bed liner when there was a special offer around January, which included the cargo mgmt with the SIBL, I received the SIBL but no cargo mgmt. Dealer was unfamiliar with the offering, is there a way to prove I should have received the cargo mgmt system?
OP, I just took this screen shot from the Ford tracking site, mine is scheduled to be built May 10 so there is no Monroney label yet but they do show the options I ordered…..

Unfortunately I can't see this page anymore since I took delivery, but I did have "bed utility package discount" listed. My DORA from when I made the update doesn't show the -$225 that other people have posted or any lingo about a cargo or tie down discount...despite telling the sales guy I wanted it added...I guess we both assumed it was somehow automatic. Maybe this falls on me for not having it in writing, but they're supposed to be the pros here.

Update for everyone else - Ford customer service said there's nothing they can do about adjusting the price to what my DORA said or the "rebate" the salesman said they may be able to issue...this is all done by the dealership. My first purchase from a dealership and can confirm the games are still going strong, or dealers are just inept. A shame because these guys don't seem scummy.

I fear I may be in your same boat regarding the bed utility package discount.

Regardless of what was on the DORA, what does the window sticker show? Mine has the 6 D-Link showing as well as the discount. If the window sticker does show that and it wasn't installed, then you have a case for the dealer to order it and have it installed. If the window sticker doesn't show it, then you are probably out of luck.

Sorry to hear about that. At least you have your Maverick, there are others that ordered over 600 days ago and are still waiting.

Price increase was Feb. 2023. $400 to the base price and $100 more for shipping.

I assume you guys know more than I. When the deal came out I had just been scheduled. I checked to see if I could add (as I had removed SIBL and rails to speed up scheduling) and it was too late. Kinda tuned it out from there. Then I realized I could get Toff Liner SIBL and Tuxedo TS Rails for about the same amount as the package and was happy again.

If I was supposed to get the bed rails and didn't I'd be pretty ticked I agree. They are pretty cool. Not $300 but probably $150 cool.
