Finally gone into production. Need help with preparation for delivery

Hi All,
My order finally went into production!!
Ordered XLT in early August and changed to Lariat early Oct.
Recieved for built date of 5/9 then changed to 5/16 to 5/23 and recently showed it's in production.

My finally order. Pricing from window sticker.
Lariat = 25860
400W Inverter = 150
Trailer Hitch = 100
CoPilot = 650
Spray-in Bedliner = 495
Destination & Del = 1495

I would like to ask for help to confirm a few things:
1. The pricing when ordered was lower. Are these the right number? I've checked on the online order sheet.
- Lariat = 25460
- 400W Inverter = 150
- Trailer Hitch = 100
- CoPilot = 540
- Spray-in Bedliner = 495
- Destination & Del = ?? (Can someone help confirm with this is the same or lower?)
2. I will be able to get 0% finance or lower protected rate? Do I need to check with dealer first or apply by myself a week before delivery or at the the delivery? I think the someone on forum mentioned to access incentives through Smart VINCENT or something like that.
3. I will be able to use the farmer bureau $500.

Is there anything that I need to prepare before taking delivery?

I am really excited as this is my first truck.

The window sticker will always show current pricing. You (and only you) should be "price protected" for the pricing @ the time your order was submitted to the order bank by the dealer.
If the sale is reported to the person from whom it was ordered, the dealer is supposed to be automatically reimbursed the difference in invoice prices by Ford.

Incentives are also protected. If 0% was available when your truck was ordered, you should be able to get that.
Smart Vincent is the dealership program to seeing what incentives can "bundle" together etc. I work for a dealer and could check what incentives are protected by order date if you want me too. Just need you VIN & ZIP code.

When did you apply for the farm bureau rebate? I know that you have to be a member for a certain amount of time before you can be eligible. If you applied after you ordered the Maverick, but want to use the other incentives from the time of the order, I don't think you'll be able to use the farm bureau rebate. Others have reported that here (and it makes sense, if you choose rebates from the time of the order, and weren't eligible for that rebate at the time of the order, you can't use it).

Probably a good idea to make sure to talk to your dealer about your plan for financing ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Because you said your date was May 23, (mine also), I just checked. Mine says in production also!!!! Yippie! Says window sticker is available also but not yet. Maybe later to this weekend.

Don't be one of those people who goes in thinking the dealer is your friend or unprepared for things to go bad, this is a business transaction, nothing more. Ford & dealers DGAS if this is your 50th Ford or 1st, $ is $ to them.

Email your salesperson & sales manager (email is on tracker by dealer address) ahead, tell them you have price protection, finance incentives from order date and Farm Bureau discount if it applies via conditions mentioned above (also some states have different rules so check). If you do not want stuff like clear coat protection added, nitrogen in tires 🤭 or dealer decals tell them now. Ask for a confirmation email back on these things! Despite a rocky relationship w the salesperson (I made the guy cry on the phone, after he said they were selling our order) those broke out the kid gloves treatment & everything went perfectly!! Everything I emailed about was followed and that is all I could ask for. Take control and get what you want!!

I am in N California too, so I needed my insurance policy and a check. My dealer only allowed up to $2,600 of the purchase to be on plastic, so since I put more down, they said to bring my checkbook. So make sure you have transferred whatever you will put down to your checking account ahead of time.

Yup, I am in San Jose. I was planning to finance as much as possible if the rate can be around 0.9%.

Congratulations! What dealership did you order from? Mullinax or Greenway?

Oh, and by the way, expect an investigation from the North American Mulching and Tilling Workers Alliance to make sure you have an adequate safe space for your employees when you unleash your wrath on them.

Well yea after not getting by Dec 31 as promised then telling us he was selling our ordered (w deposit) Mav after waiting 5 months at that point & that we would have to re-order and wait for 2023. He was damn lucky I was car-less that day 🤣 As someone raised in a family full of lawyers (4 aunts & uncles) he can try a lawsuit, hehe, I relish a teachable moment 🤭 it all worked out in the end. They got the sale, did no work whatsoever, never emailed or communicated a thing. I called once early Jan when we didn't hear anything and returned his call Feb 15 the last communication we had 💪🏼

I consider myself a very fair person who stands up for what is right. I believe the dealer should get some cut but they are not going to steal an order from me. Pick a fight like that w me, I will take the high road till I find just the right moment to shock n awe, dig down deep to a low few would go to, just to get the win in the end. I almost felt bad when we p/u and I saw the guy had an eye disability but that doesn't change they fact he was trying to unfairly take our order.

How long did you get it after it was dropped at railway? Mines be there since Tuesday and Dealer says it’s sitting on the ramp. Txs Ron

Just to update everyone.
Got a built email on 6/2. Not sure how to track it now. Expected date 6/29 to 7/5.
I've checked with my dealer and they said price protection and rates protection are good same as farmer rebates. I am not sure what other rebates available.
