Hi all.
please Help. Will pick up truck soon. Dealer told me that my name was not input correctly so I won’t be able to receive ford rate protection. They will honor the price protection but not the rate.
It’s kind of strange was truck and order was approved, built, shipped and to be delivered soon. Is there anyway to correct and make sure that I can get rate protection?
