Not sure which rail car but I got my shipped email Friday morning for delivery to Mobile, AL, March 23-29th estimated. Not sure where the drop point off is for my area and where the Mavs will get off but the CSX runs right in front of my house. Maybe I can wave to my Mav on it’s way to my dealer.

Thanks. Yes, it does help pass the time and on the plus side I have learned a bit more about rail transportation in the US. My railcar last update was 2/24 in Cincinnati. Must be taking a couple days off to celebrate my birthday

You have to ask the dealer for the rail car #. I did this Wednesday and have been able to find out where it is. Last night about 10:30 it is in Fairfax, KS.

Wish I knew what my holdup is. My truck has been built for a week and a half and hasn’t shipped yet. Others seem to ship within a few days of being built

I was fortunate enough to receive two emails with first being XLT Cactus Gray Hybrid Built and second being Shipped with a delivery of March 26-April 1. Toms River NJ Ordered on 7-6-21
I hope all other early orders come to fruition for all that are patiently waiting.

Even though it starts out in the UP you can trace it through CSX from the beginning and yes, the site is finicky. I make sure I speak clearly and no other noises are in the background. This should work for you, does for me.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.
FYI:

One very important thing to note and this was on the original thread
“Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track”

Received a "your vehicle has been shipped" email last night and was interested in tracking on CSX. Silly question possibly but could you kindly clarify which initials and number are needed and where on my window sticker are they? I have a number in the upper left hand corner that's 3 letters and 6 numbers. Is that it?

You won’t find it in the window sticker. Your dealership can provide you with the rail car # It looks like this TTGX700632 or similar.

When did yours ship? Mine shipped out about a week ago and it's ultimately headed to Greensboro, NC with an expected delivery 3/18-3/24. Apparently the ramp code on my window sticker (RA4F) has it being dropped off at a rail depot outside Greenville, SC. Guess it gets on a truck from there

Mine was built 2/18. Shipped email from ford received on 2/21 but I think it was shipped on 2/19.

Ramp one is RF29. My dealer is Chapman in PA but is getting dropped shipped to where I live in Florida. Ship date 3/16-3/22.
