Getting a XLT, CG, 2.0, AWD, 4k tow, 360, fs spare. mats. Need to get something over MSRP to cover my expenses but not sure its worth the hassle or should I just decline delivery. Any thoughts?

Where at? Maybe have someone pay you what you put in. No need to make money on the flip.Getting a XLT, CG, 2.0, AWD, 4k tow, 360, fs spare. mats. Need to get something over MSRP to cover my expenses but not sure its worth the hassle or should I just decline delivery. Any thoughts?
I feel ya. That’s a fair point. Wasn’t sure if you could have someone looking for a similar build have it buy it instead of you. Like that’s nearly identical to mine so I could come buy it instead of you so no harm no foul in terms of the reservation. If I hadn’t paid a deposit I’d be jumping at it lol but I’m not sure how the rules work. Here is how I see it.
If I buy it I will pay dealer fees, tax & tags, travel expenses, etc. I don't see an upside to jump through those hoops and try to then recover those costs but thought I would ask for opinions.
If "I" don't buy it I feel its only fair to let the dealer sell it.
My brother is a Ford salesman and I ordered a Maverick hybrid and gave them a check for 500.00 for a deposit. He said when the truck comes in and I decide I don't want it that they will have no problem giving me my check back.I feel ya. That’s a fair point. I think they said the average time mavericks sit on the lot is 5 days which is very quick turnover. The dealer is probably happy.I did decline and am sure the dealer will have no problem selling and it will prolly be gone by the weekend.
