If you follow us on FB then you know we’ve been working on this for a while. I have several projects cooking for the Maverick but this is one of my favorites because it adds looks and performance.

I have made several changes to the kit including a thicker intercooler. The original core was 29x8x3.5 thick. The new core is 26x8x4.25 thick, basically the biggest you can fit without extensive modifications. This unit is rated for 550 HP.

Due to several ongoing projects I scaled back the order from 50 to 30 intercoolers (20 black & 10 silver)

The original plan was for the connectors to be OEM bayonet style but that would have added another 6-8 weeks to the project. So it will have tried and true 2.5 inch silicone couplers and clamps. Pipes will be black 2.5 inch aluminum pipes with bead rolled ends. The charge pipe will have the map sensor flange and hose nipple like factory. The 1/8
NPT bung will be an optional add on at no charge.

The intercooler will have 4 mounting brackets. Kit will include all couplers, clamps, hardware, and detailed instructions.

Until the end of April they are $975. After the presale price expires they will be the regular price of $1299 shipped.

This is the mock up kit for fitment. Production kit will be 3 maybe 4 pipes on driver side, hence less couplers. Have to consider space and being able to snake a pipe in place. Blow off valve is obviously not there but flange will be in OEM location. Ranger kit will just require a shorter coupler to compressor outlet.

Passenger pipe is a tight fit but it will be one pipe with 2 couplers. Pipe will have Map flange and hose nipple in OEM location. Optional 1/8 NPT bung for whatever injection your Maverick likes.

I ran my truck with just the 2 intercooler hard pipes and was much more responsive.

You want a 12, oh wait an 11 second Maverick?

How does an Intake, Intercooler and hard pipe, 3 inch downpipe, turbo upgrade, and Liveronis tune Maverick feel with launch control leaving at 3k rpm and 11 psi sound?

If only I could have my cake and eat it too without worrying about my new truck's warranty. If an ST variant comes, I wonder how much of this they'll have upgraded or even what Ford Performance will come out with.

You can bake your own cake AND eat it. By the time the ST comes out there will be several Mavericks rolling around that will be faster than the ST. As crazy as the market is/was for regular Mavericks, imagine the gouging that will go on with an ST.

I’ve been promising a website a while now. I may just publish the marketplace and add content later.

I know people are laughing or thinking I’m full of it. Which is fine. I won’t offer the package for sale based on a wish. I will provide proof before I really start promoting that.

it’s really quite simple. My 22 ran a 12.8 with a 2.0 60 ft time and just the passenger seat pulled out. John ran his 12.1 with the passenger seat, entire back bench out, spare, and tailgate. I think k be removed the exhaust and just ran downpipe. Conservatively let’s say he dropped 300 lbs.

Old rule of thumb is 100 lb off is a tenth of 1/4 time. So all things equal I may have been a 12.5. Another huge factor is DA. He normally runs at -2000 DA while I’ve never had negative. Best I’ve had is 2-300 DA, not negative. Negative DA like that is another tenth of better.

What John has done with his truck is amazing, and had it not been for a suicidal deer he would have already hit 11s. Now take his truck and change the 46mm turbo to a 54 or 57, change out his intake for a full cold air system, change out the intercooler pipes and have him leave on launch control.

Thats an 11 all day.

I will prove it with my truck soon.
