Estimated delivery window question

I had a delivery window 10/31-11/6 and was really hoping to pick my truck up next week before I head up deer hunting, logged in tonight and now it's showing estimated delivery 12/6!! WTF!?!

Seems like a lot of us are surprised at how the distribution system works. I know I would be frustrated if I could see that my truck was sitting in a lot somewhere waiting to be shipped. Maybe it's better not to know all the gory details.

Mine was built 10/6. Didn’t ship till 10/20. I had a delivery window of 10/24 to 10/30. Got email update to 11/5 to 11/13. Dealer says it will be there Thursday 11/11. We shall see. it sat for two weeks before shipping. Been in trans 3 weeks if it arrives Thursday. So that is 5 weeks total, but I am not holding my breath.
