Hello all!
How accurate was your delivery date on the Ford tracker when you finally got it shipped? I checked with Chat yesterday just to see if there was any updates and they said no, check back this weekend if I don't get anything. (was sitting at "awaiting shipment" for a week). Well apparently last night sometime my tracker changed to fill in the Shipped bubble with a date of 9/13/2023. How excited was I !!!
Still no Ford email yet, but on the tracker site it shows an estimated delivery date for myself. This is where I am assuming it was roughly accurate for some, but mine is hilarious.
This post is mainly just for a giggle or smile, but hopefully some of you will get this reference. I am going to have to start a new account on another forum to get the full effect, but I thought I was buying a Maverick....but Ford threw me a curveball!
What I thought I ordered was a Maverick, what I am getting is apparently a DeLorean.... or should I say I already got my Delorean when I was 2? I will check in with chat later and try my dealership a few times to see if they will actually answer my call, and see if they have a more accurate date, but anyone else have some fun delivery date estimates?
