Electric Motor kicks in on downshift hard

Hi all,

i have a 2022 Hybrid XLT with 109k miles. anyone having an issue with 1) electric motor kicking in at cold temps and shaking and 2) having hard downshifts when reducing speeds? i swear it seems like the electric motor is kicking in as it downshifts and also shakes at red lights when its cold after startup. not sure anyone having sort of the same issue. i get that it would be the tranny is sus maybe but just seems like the electric motor kicking in has something to do with it. thx

When its cold I've had what I would describe as the truck getting ready to take off.

The hybrid transmission doesn't have multiple gears and doesn't shift.
