Ecoboost production date moved up two weeks (2/14)

Yeah got same email yesterday. Ordered 12/10 , 1/13 email sating production 2/28, then yesterday moved up to 2/21. Will take it.

I'm glad that we received our XLT Area 51 hybrid on January 17th. Driven 466 miles already, combination of city streets and interstates. Dashboard says another 66 miles til empty. We absolutely love this truck. We order in mid June

Geez ,I genuinely feel bad for the Hybrid guys ...they moved my Lariat Eco AWD up to ,ordered on 11/3 it is built and shipped . Ford is building trucks there communication with the hybrid guys sucks! It is clearly some kind of major part issue ,engine, trans ..who knows . But Ford should be in direct contact with these folks and doing everything possible to explain the situation and make them at least feel loved .... Throw them 5 oil changes or something .But most importantly a clear concise explanation.

My XL with AWD/4K tow was moved up from 2/14 to 2/7. No other add ons.

5 oil changes on a phantom truck might not be the strategy haha but i’m with ya. The hybrids are very different trucks. Theres so many parts it could be delayed on. Sucks a lot for those guys.

Just got this email from Ford saying my Ecoboost order that was originally scheduled for 2/28 has been moved up to 2/14. Anyone else had their orders moved up? I wonder if this is related to all those hybrids being pushed back

I am getting Free oil changes for life, like I have been for the last 10 years in my 2012 Chevy Colorado. I asked about them when I placed my order in October.

My order was 2/14 and they moved it up to 2/7 .For the 2.0 eco boost

Happy for you...but these are some big shenanigans. My hybrid just got delayed twice already. It was supposed to be built this week but then i got an email pushing it for next week and then another email last week pushing it for the week of 2/14
Hopefully, you get it when you are supposed to.

Reviving this thread to mention that mine got pushed back to March 21 today.

So it's now changed from 2/28 > 2/21 > 2/28 > 3/21
