Production date moved up??

I feel like tomorrow will be the day I receive the production email for my Oct. hybrid order.

has anyone gotten a production date and had it move up to a sooner date ? Curious is all.

I ordered a hybrid XLT with CP360 and the lux pkg on 19 Oct. I was read the memo Ford sent to all dealers by the sales manager, about constraints, and about removing both packages in order to even have a chance of having my order previewed by the regional office.
Since I was late to the game in ordering, I was told that my order may not make this model year. Customers are still waiting from their Jul-Aug orders.

Yes, I was originally scheduled for 2/28 and had it moved up two weeks to 2/14. However my build was on a chip hold for 4 weeks so it wasn't built until 3/13.

Moved back to 4-11
Moved up to 4/4
Moved up to 3/28
Went into production yesterday 3/22

And this is exactly why I gave Ford 90 days to give me a production date. The 90 days was up on 19 January, then I began to be proactive and searched the southeast region for a hybrid of any trim level that a customer canceled. Within a week, I found a hybrid XL that was the same color as I ordered, had a tonneau cover, and spray in bed liner. I jumped at the chance to buy it. On 27 January, I flew to Charlotte and purchased it, and drove home 546 miles. At this point in the game, I’m not counting on my order anytime soon!

Great work. I've made calls to probably 5 dealerships and all the Hybrids were orders that were already sold. Ill keep trying!
