I have The dreaded 237C / 237D
With twenty four thousand. Just have original warranty. Exhaust heat exchange. Coming in by the end of the month. So I think i'm in luck. But anyone thinking about getting an extended warranty. The heater exchange is not covered under any of them... Under the premium for a hundred thousand miles or ten years it is not covered.

Sorry for your, apparently, not uncommon problem. Loving my EB (31 mpg and no sleep mode) more every day! Seriously, I do hope that they get these things worked out.
