I know that if you install the accessory drop in bed liner after delivery, you have to cut out panels for the storage cubby and 12v outlets, but should you drill drainage holes in the bed tray liner as well? I think they should be drilled in the bed tray just above the drainage holes in the steel bed. That way water could drain out the bed liner and through the drainage holes already drilled, keeping the cargo dry. But maybe the bed liner will block drainage if the holes in the bed liner are not precisely above the drainage holes in the steel bed? (Of course, I know that I will have to drill the holes before mounting the bed liner in the bed, else I might drill through the fuel tank, as the factory belatedly discovered. So that makes it difficult to precisely line up the holes). So thoughts and recommendations would be appreciated.
