dome light/sunglass console removal help

Does anyone know where the clips are on the dome light/sunglass or can point me to thread or video? I have a rattle up there that I want to fix but i don't want to break the clips.. I've only found one video and it was for a lariat with the sunroof and he ended up taking out the whole top instead of pulling it out by itself. I have an xl hybrid 2024.

Good video, remove the first cover and then just pull straight down carefully on the second one.

Nice thanks seems pretty easy to take out, now I have to figure out what's rattling up there
