Is Ford honoring prices at time of order or just increasing the prices?

Does anyone know if Ford is honoring the Price on the BO when the vehicle was ordered? I know that they had an increase to the price of the vehicle after October and this was supposed to affect buyers who ordered after October. My Mav was ordered in July.

Some dealers are honoring the initial monroney sticker, while others are going with the final monroney sticker on the window when it arrives.

The final monroney sticker was $960 higher than the initial monroney sticker. The dealer did not budge unfortunately, but whatever, because I love my truck and it's still less expensive than a mid-level hybrid.

At least I did not pay ADM other than the difference of the stickers plus tax on it (total $1030).
