I my opinion, No. I believe Ford is focusing on the higher priced models.
I base this on my own XL order placed in September.....I have not even received a build date yet.

We'll get the XL faster if we drop the wheels and tail-gate options. I tried to replace the window switches with cranks, but the config just started laughing at me until my computer soiled my table.
