Do TPMS sensors vary per model xl, xlt, lariat ?

I was wondering if tpms sensors vary per model xl, xlt, lariat. I currently have the xl hybrid model and about to put on aftermarket wheels but trying to find out which sensors I need exactly.

I just called the dealer to verify and they were to confirm with the Vin, it's 315 hertz that I need.

I used the Moresensor 315mhz units and they worked with no fuss. Truck self-learned them after a few miles.
