Do FordPass Points automatically accumulate?

I still have not got any points. Bought the Mav several weeks ago. Each time I log in, I see zero points. Dealer says "it takes a while"

Others have had this issue resolved by just logging into the FordPass site, click on the link to get missing points and after entering their info, the reward points showed up. Hopefully this helps, good luck!

Do we earn FordPass points for having recalls done?

This is weird. I had an oil change on the 8th. I got 1289 points for that. On the 9th, I had the recall done via mobile service. Now I'm seeing that I was credited another 1470 points on the 12th. It just says "Vehicle Service." Either they gave me 1470 points for getting the recall done, or I got someone else's points, I guess. I had no service done on the 12th.
